Tony came to Canada in 2002 and has been living in Surrey, BC ever since. Like every new immigrant Tony had his share of challenges. He entered the Canadian job market as security supervisor and then went on to become a taxi owner/operator, after five years of being in taxi business, his life took another turn and his destiny brought him to the Real Estate industry. Tony says, “It was in 2007 that I decided to change my employment goals to become a real estate agent. My family and friends supported me in this new role and I was able to change my career once again, but this time for good. I was given the opportunity to use my salesmanship and would like to extend a warm thank you to BS Randhawa and my other close friends who motivated me and guided me through this career transformation.” Today, Tony has very successful real estate practice and growing network of clients and who trust him for his fair and practical advice.
His business mantra is as simple as the man himself, “ I love to cater to the unique needs of my clients. For me ‘Individuality’ is my number one priority as I do not follow the ‘one size fits all’ concept. Word of Mouth is my representation.”
On many occasions he has been rewarded and recognized for his hard work and dedication : He has been named as the Top Seller Realtor with Royal LePage Global Force Reality Ltd. from 2010-2014, Medallion Member (top 10%) with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board from 2011-2014 and Top 1% achiever in 2014.

A thorough gentleman, family person, always smiling, he has managed to get us the perfect house of our choice. Whenever we need him, he is always there for us. Tony keeps a low profile, but everyone knows that he is one of the most successful realtors here. Tony is known for his punctuality and discipline. Everyone can take a leaf out Tony’ s style of doing business. He is disciplined and manages his time very well. Time is money in real estate, and meeting people on time is important, first impression of a realtor’s commitment to a client is gauged by his timeliness to honor the meeting times; and Tony is master at that. He has exceptional organizational skills that have helped him achieve a work and family life balance; though he credits his family, friends and mentors but himself for his success. He is active in various community initiatives and dedicated family man. Tony’s wife is his pillar of strength and living example that there is a woman behind a successful man. She works for WorkBC/Avia Employment Services /ISS of BC as a case manager. When Tony and his wife came to Canada, their son was 2 and daughter was 5. This year his daughter has graduated from Ecole Panorama Ridge High and son will be entering grade 10 this September.
When asked about what inspires him to go out every day and help people find their home, Tony says, “My inspiration comes from loving what I do. The passion and enjoyment I have for this industry drives me each and every day to be the best real estate agent I can be. With its own uniqueness and differences it challenges me in order to keep moving forward.”
For me, “A good real estate agent doesn’t just sell properties they sell themselves by showing their real personality. These are people’s homes and lives we are dealing with and they will respond to you if you have a great attitude, are personable, honest and have confidence in yourself and your products.”
He is upbeat about the prospects of Real Estate in Surrey. He quotes a news item from Vancity Buzz, “There is no lack of potential in Surrey; it is Canada’s 3rd fastest-growing city which welcomes 1,000 new residents each month and where residential construction is a major industry.”
He adds, “ In my opinion, the real estate industry is always growing and fast. Good properties are sold like “hotcakes” and yes, Surrey is one of the fastest “booming” cities in Metro Vancouver. Buying or investing here can be challenging when one is short of financials but it always pays off in the end.
