Kam Garcha’s passion for business was sparked at a young age. Inspired by his father Jagraj Garcha, a successful self-made entrepreneur, Kam designed his first single family home at just 13 years old. He would eagerly rush home after school in order to visit construction sites alongside his father, and would often work tirelessly doing physical labour and maintenance of these sites. In 2007, Kam attended the University of British Columbia where he completed the Real Estate Program at the Sauder School of Business; at 19 he was the youngest realtor in B.C. Being new in the real estate industry did not hold him back, he was determined to succeed and make a name for himself at a young age. Kam is also an active volunteer and philanthropist. Kam believes strongly in helping the less fortunate, and gives back to several charities such as The Sunshine Foundation, and Standing Straight Inc
