Vancouver, BC – As the 2025 JUNO Awards return to Vancouver, the Let’s Hear It Vancouver JUNO Host Committee is proud to unveil a dynamic lineup of events designed to celebrate and amplify British Columbia’s vibrant music industry. Beyond supporting the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) in delivering an exceptional JUNO experience, the committee has curated programming that showcases local talent, strengthens industry ties, and honours Indigenous voices.

Key Programming Highlights:
- Province-Wide Tour: Extending the spirit of the JUNOS spirit beyond Vancouver, this initiative ensures all British Columbians can experience the excitement of Canada’s biggest night in music.
- Let’s Hear It LIVE JUNO Block Party: A free, three-day, all-ages festival in the heart of Vancouver, featuring JUNO nominees, BC artists, food vendors, and a vibrant night market.
- Indigenous-Led Programming: A dedicated series of workshops, storytelling circles, and industry mixers designed to amplify Indigenous artists and indigeneity within the music industry.
- Community Outreach: Partnerships with the Downtown Eastside’s Carnegie Community Centre and WISH Society will bring accessible live music and support for music therapy initiatives.
- Educational Initiatives: Collaborations with local schools and educators will introduce students to various career pathways in the music industry, including job shadowing opportunities during JUNO Week.

Date: March 20, 2025 Description: The Vancouver JUNO Host Committee’s Safety Team is honoured to be partnering with the WISH Society, both contributing funds to their existing music therapy program and co-hosting a private music therapy session supporting women in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside through live performances and engagement with a Canadian artist.

The Artist’s Path: An Indigenous Storytelling Circle
