Superstore Guildford organized a BBQ to support the Colleague Evacuation Fund, Fort McMurray.
Hundreds of people came to support the cause. Superstore Guildford’s Manager Gurpaul told The Times of Canada that the BBQ drive was a small effort to lend a helping hand for Fort McMurray, which saw the wildfire sweeping through the community and destroying around 2400 homes & buildings. The wildfires caused the largest evacuation in the history of Alberta.
Gurpaul thanked all the volunteers, Superstore staff and the people who came to support the colleague evacuation fund.
