The CCI Group held their annual Christmas Party at Bombay Banquet Hall, in Surrey, BC on the 16th of November 2024. Like every year, the Christmas party brought together the entire CCI family together for one huge celebration. The different divisions got together to celebrate and toast each other’s success and congratulate each other on overcoming multiple trials and tribulations by sticking to the CCI Group’s ethos of hard work, dedication, and never say die attitude.
2024 has been a seminal year for the CCI Group. Not only is the group bigger than ever before, the year also saw the successful deliverance of multiple high-profile projects, especially in metro Vancouver. Further, the group’s development arm, Allure Ventures, is mere days away from completing one of the tallest residential towers in the city of Surrey, BC, The Grand on King George.
This year’s party was graced by several dignitaries that included the federal leader of Opposition, The Honourable Pierre Poilievre, the leader of opposition in the legislative assembly of British Columbia, Mr. John Rustad, and the mayor of Surrey, Her Worship Brenda Locke amongst others. Mr. Poilievre, and Mr. Rustad addressed the guests, congratulating the CCI Group on a spectacular year, and reaffirming their support for the construction industry.
Speaking on the occasion, the CEO of the CCI Group, Allure Ventures, and Skye Hospitality, Mr. Garry Sangha, highlighted all the challenges faced in the past year, how the group managed to overcome these challenges and gave a glimpse of an exciting future ahead, one of opportunities and growth. The COO of the CCI Group, Mr. Kuldeep Chohan also addressed the assembled guests and stated that despite the unprecedented growth seen in the past year, which has made the CCI Group one of the most prestigious construction brands in Canada, CCI will continue to function as one large family keeping its faith in the same tried and tested values.
Like every year, the CCI Christmas party was also an opportunity for the group to show their support to various charitable causes, with a special focus on mental health initiatives. The president of the group, Mr. Ajit Sangha, handed out cheques to representatives of various organizations like Langley Memorial Hospital, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, ICBA, and Surrey Memorial Hospital.
