Saurabh Seth – Candidate for Township of Langley Council

Saurabh Seth, a Langley resident, business and executive coach, and founder of Ethical Growth Partners, is in the race for Township of Langley Council in the upcoming October 2025 by-election.

Born in India, Saurabh immigrated to Canada in 2019 and made Langley his family’s home in 2021. He and his wife are raising their two children here, and he says that commitment to family and community is what motivates his run for council.

Through his firm, Ethical Growth Partners, Saurabh works with entrepreneurs and organizations to grow responsibly, with a focus on strong governance, ethical decision-making, and sustainable success. Prior to launching his own practice, he spent years in internal compliance and risk management with leading global companies, where he focused on building stronger oversight, improving accountability, and ensuring organizations met the highest standards. He says those experiences have shaped his belief that good governance and transparency are essential for building trust — in business and in local government.

“Langley is one of the fastest-growing communities in B.C., and while growth brings opportunities, it also brings pressure on housing, services, and infrastructure,” he said. “We need to make sure decisions are transparent, that the Township works in true collaboration with residents and community groups, and that growth is managed in a balanced way — so that no neighborhood is left behind.”

If elected, Saurabh says he will champion transparency, stronger partnerships with community organizations, and a fair approach to growth that prioritizes both major projects and everyday needs like parks, roads, and public safety.

The by-election will fill one vacant seat on Township Council.

Who can vote: Canadian citizens 18 or older who have lived in B.C. for at least six months and in the Township of Langley for at least 30 days before voting day.
