PICS Society organized their annual event a Car Rally and Walk today, which is recognized as International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.The purpose of the event is to bring awareness to the rising incidents of gang violence and drug abuse throughout the lower mainland. The Car Rally and Walk is a part of our REACH (Realize – Educate – Accept – Communicate – Help) initiative to create awareness and share information about available resources for having Drug and Gang Free Communities.
Hon. Jennifer Whiteside, Minister of Mental Health and Addictions was present in this Rally.
