As a first-generation Iranian who left Iran with her family during the 1979 revolution, Haleh grew up witnessing the courage it takes to rebuild from uncertainty. Watching her parents start over in a new country instilled in her a deep sense of gratitude, integrity, and perseverance—values that continue to shape both her personal life and professional leadership today.
Early in her career, Haleh learned the power of preparation and discipline. These qualities helped her earn trust quickly and take on increasing responsibility, but she credits much of her growth to the people around her. Mentors who challenged her thinking, clients who entrusted her with critical decisions, and teams that inspired her to lead with clarity and humility all played pivotal roles. Over time, she came to understand that true leadership is not defined solely by personal achievement, but by the environments leaders create for others to thrive.
Now working in Private Banking and senior leadership, Haleh brings a long-term, purpose-driven approach to her work. She believes success is built through deep listening, thoughtful decision-making, and staying anchored in values—especially in moments of complexity or change. Her leadership style reflects a balance of confidence and empathy, shaped by years of navigating high-level responsibilities alongside the demands of family life. As a mother of three, she openly acknowledges that some of her most challenging moments came from balancing senior leadership with motherhood, often shifting between roles multiple times in a single day.
